Blend 1.0 was built by Fabriek Roasting Co. for filter coffee: a clean, bright and complex cup. Its lively character keeps the finer side of specialty coffee in front.

Fruit notes bring sweet, lively, refreshing acidity. Floral aroma leaves a light, tea-like, clean finish.

On paper-filter pour-over, especially V60 and Chemex, the Floral and fruity character is clearest. It is set for black coffee when the expectation is sweetness, freshness and aroma rather than heavy bitterness.
